Four cricket coaches from the CMCA Cricket Club in Scottburgh have been awarded their CoachEd Level 2 qualifications. Russell Symcox, a representative from CoachEd, presented the certificates to Head Coach Clinton Moodley, Coach Veronique du Plooy, Coach Robert Miller, and Coach Kalay Moodley during a special presentation.
Symcox emphasized the importance of continuous learning for coaches. “Coaching is a journey of constant development,” he said. “Coaches must stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and be adaptable to different situations. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach.”
The CoachEd program is a highly sought-after qualification for cricket coaches in South Africa. The program offers a comprehensive coaching library with valuable resources and information.
According to Coach Clinton Moodley, the CoachEd course provides “a blueprint for coaching” with cutting-edge content that equips coaches to deliver their best on the field.
